- 1Do guests need to download an app?
- No. Guests play in the mobile browser using your link or QR code. Nothing to install.
- 2What do I need on the day?
- A device to present from (for example a laptop connected to a screen or projector) and a way to share the guest link or QR, such as table cards, slides, or signage.
- 3Can we use our own trivia questions?
- Yes. You write the questions about the couple and set the pace from your account.
- 4Does it work if the venue Wi-Fi is weak?
- Guests need a decent internet connection while they play. Many venues have guest Wi‑Fi; open your link on a phone once you’re there, before everyone arrives.
- 5Is there a free tier?
- Yes. You can host up to 5 guests for free, ideal for a rehearsal dinner, shower, or a test run. When you need more seats, pick a one-time guest cap (up to 30, 100, or 300) for that same event.
- 6When should we upgrade from the free tier?
- Upgrade before the big day if you expect more than five phones in play, or if you want headroom for late RSVPs. You only pay the difference if you move to a higher cap later.
- 7How will guest photos be handled?
